Dinosaurs, special effects and the movie world came alive at our school last Monday.

Our guest speaker, Yiota Andoniou, gave an insightful presentation to our students who got the chance to view the complete process of creating dinosaurs for movies. From forming the 3D designs to creating the soft texture of their tongue, from engineering to rehearsing the moves, the whole procedure has made us appreciate the hard and detailed work behind our favourite movie scenes.

Special thanks to our guest speaker, Yiota Andoniou, who was very successful in engaging the students in the discussion in English, showing us that English outside the book and the classroom is a great way to understand the world around us!
